Returns due to incorrect or damaged delivery
It could be possible that you have received items you did not order due to a packing mistake by our warehouse. In this case you have the right to return the items to our warehouse. Please send an email to email@example.com and we will help you. Please check all deliveries for damages and let us know immediately if you have received a damaged item.
Returns due to customer complaints (factory fault, damage, discoloration)
If you have a customer complaint about an item please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo, the size and product number of the article in question. We will assess the complaint and decide whether or not you will receive a new item/credit.
