Returns due to incorrect or damaged delivery

It could be possible that you have received items you did not order due to a packing mistake by our warehouse. In this case you have the right to return the items to our warehouse. Please send an email to and we will help you. Please check all deliveries for damages and let us know immediately if you have received a damaged item.


Returns due to customer complaints (factory fault, damage, discoloration)

If you have a customer complaint about an item please send an email to with a photo, the size and product number of the article in question. We will assess the complaint and decide whether or not you will receive a new item/credit.
